My story
In 2014 I moved to London to study photography. Back then I was so sure I wanted to be a portrait photographer and live a life behind the camera.
After graduating I got a job working in an e-commerce photography studio which didn't exactly set my soul on fire. I ended up working over 50-hour weeks all the while barely touching my own camera the whole time.

Once the pandemic hit I was left with no job, no government support and the realization that photography wasn't my dream job after all and I enjoyed doing my own projects more.
It was time to find a new dream career.
​
When I came across Virtual Assisting, I realized how this career would allow me to combine all the tasks I love to do and offer them as services. I also realized how much freedom having my own business would bring. Not being tied to someone else's time in an unsecured job, but instead having the freedom to work anytime anywhere, and therefore being able to travel to Finland to visit my family and friends without having to take unpaid leave.

And so, Palmroos Creative virtual assistant business was born.

Now I use my skills to help other business owners thrive in their dream careers without having to work themselves to death.
