Full Dubsado Setup Service
Your business is growing, and suddenly you find yourself trying to keep up with your client’s inquiries, following up with leads, and just spending hours and hours making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
The stress and overwhelm become your new reality… but it doesn’t have to be that way. I am here to help you!
With a full Dubsado setup, we will strategize your workflows for up to 3 of your services. Whether you are offering engagement shoots, destinations, or elopements, I will create a unique workflow for each to make your client journey seamless and unique to each service.
I will create up to 8 bespoke forms, all built to conform to your branding, type out canned emails so you won’t have to ever type out the same emails 100 times again as well as schedulers for meetings that will allow you to make the best of your time.

Onboarding
After you fill in my contact form I will review it and get back to you within 48h.
Once we decide that we would like to work together I will send you a proposal to be approved, a contract to be signed and the first invoice to be paid

Assets Gathering
After our strategy call, I will send you a list of the assets I need in order to start your setup.

This is a form that is created for YOUR processes. Even though it’s long it might take you a bit to complete, it is completely critical because I cannot begin the setup until I have everything I need from you. But good news, it’s the last thing I’ll ask of you!

Pre-Strategy Task
I will send you a quick questionnaire that collects basic information about your business basics.

This will allow us to get straight to business on our strategy call.

Building & Testing
Now is the time for you to relax and concentrate on your other business tasks while I complete your new CRM system build.
I will dive into Dubsado and work my magic. From creating all your packages, emails, payment schedules, forms, and so much more… to building and testing your powerful workflows.

Strategy Sessions
Here is where the (first step of) the magic happens. During this roughly 2-hour call, we will map out your service’s workflows, which elements need to be created and the way I will create them in Dubsado.

Offboarding
Your Dubsado full setup is complete!
I will send you pre-recorded videos of a walkthrough of your new system that you can always go back and refer to.
We’ll have an offboarding call where I'll answer any questions you might have and make sure you are ready to go solo.
I will be available for you for 30 days after our offboarding call for any minor updates and to answer any questions!

Hourly Support
This option is great for you when you just need a few updates on your system for example small updates on your forms or a few workflow tweaks.
Or if you have tried setting up Dubsado by yourself but are struggling to bring out its full potential and need a helping hand.

This package is great when you already have a fully realized Dubsado account and you are rebranding your business.
In general, your forms, questionnaires, emails, and Dubsado software will need to be updated, and this can be very time-consuming, so to save you time and effort, I can do this for you!

If you are looking for regular help with managing your DUBSADO Client Management System, I offer admin support services for Photographers and other creatives alike on a monthly basis at 5, 10, and 15-hours weekly packages.
